LAS VEGAS THEME WEDDING

Where else but Las Vegas can a couple vow their undying love for each other
while wearing vampire garb? Many chapels in the area cater to people looking
for something a little different when it comes to their ceremony, and with
a little advance notice some can transform the wedding chapel into a veritable
representation of whatever fantasy the couple is looking for.
Elvis is Alive
The traditional Las Vegas themed wedding centers on Elvis, and he is by
no means in short supply on the Strip. Several chapels have an Elvis impersonator
on staff. The Graceland Wedding Chapel was the first to offer Elvis weddings,
and they even have one wedding package that includes both the Early Elvis
and the Vegas Elvis. The involvement of Elvis in the ceremony is, of course,
conducive to how much the couple is willing to pay.
Cavemen, Clowns, and More
Theme weddings don’t end at Elvis. Just about anything a couple can
dream of can become reality at a Las Vegas theme wedding. Some chapels can
supply costumes for couples and their guests for any number of themes: Renaissance,
1800 Saloon Days, Star Trek, Egyptian, and Gothic are a few. The themed
wedding doesn’t stop at mere costumes, as some chapels have the capability
to transform a chapel into whatever theme the couple wishes, so Captain
Kirk and Uhura can be married on the deck of the Starship Enterprise in
style.
A bride looking for the ultimate princess wedding
can be swept away in a horse-drawn carriage after the ceremony, or an
aviation buff can actually be married while soaring above the strip in
a helicopter. Themed weddings can also take on the flavor of a holiday.
Halloween is a particularly busy time for gothic weddings, with bride
and groom donning black garb and chapels being transformed into graveyards.
If a couple knows they would like to have a wedding that is a little different
but aren’t sure what sort of theme wedding they might like, chapels
have wedding coordinators available to help make a dream wedding come
true. All it takes is some imagination, some bravado, and some cash.
